Your life isn't working for you. You have been running on empty for months, or even years. You are already burned out or in crisis or on the verge. You need to transform your life, but you cannot see the path.
Freedom from Empty: transform is a 6-month intensive program. together we will:
*Get curious about your ways of leading, working and living
*Clarify your values
*Explore your limiting beliefs, habits, patterns and blind spots
*Create a vision for your future
*Identify critical risk management strategies
*Develop your personal strategic plan
*Learn skills and habits critical to effectiveness, resilience and well-being
You don't have to do this alone. I will be your mentor and guide. I will encourage you and hold you accountable. You will also be part of a peer group made up of people who are ready to map out a new way of living and leading.

* Every two weeks (virtual or in-person) one-on-one personal strategy session (60 minutes)
* Monthly peer webinar (60 minutes)

3-week minimum commitment
- Explore and define values and needs
- Identify gaps in alignment between values/needs and life/work
- Develop and prioritize strategies to close the gaps
- Set 3-month goals for each strategy
- Complete in a single session or in 3 sessions over a 3-week period
6-month minimum commitment
- Everything in Align
- Set 6-month goals for each strategy
- Identify action steps needed to achieve each goal
- Set timeline for each action step
- Check-in weekly for 30 minutes to discuss wins, obstacles, opportunities, and next steps
