Freedom from Empty: Align
Living or working out of alignment with your needs and values zaps your energy. You require energy (and reserves) to be at your best--to live your best life and bring your highest value to your work and your loved ones. You can live in dissonance for a little while, but the longer you operate that way, the greater the negative effects.
Together we will explore your needs and values. We will identify opportunities to create alignment between your life, work, needs and values to reduce the drain on your energy so you have greater capacity to devote to the things that matter most. We will work together to prioritize your list of opportunities and identify potential implementation tactics that you can take with you.
3-week minimum commitment
- Explore and define values and needs
- Identify gaps in alignment between values/needs and life/work
- Develop and prioritize strategies to close the gaps
- Set 3-month goals for each strategy
- Completed in single session or in 3 sessions over a 3-week period
6-month minimum commitment
- Everything in Align
- Set 6-month goals for each strategy
- Identify action steps needed to achieve each goal
- Set timeline for each action step
- Check-in weekly for 30 minutes to discuss wins, obstacles, opportunities, and next steps
3 days, 2 nights
